Send the Message

Have you needed to send a quick message to patron computer users but weren't sure how? Well, our PC Reservation Management System from EnvisionWare allows us to do so. Just follow these steps from any staff-managed PC Reservation Reservation Station and you'll be sending messages in no time.

1. With the PC Reservation Reservation Station application open, click on the View PC Status button.
2. Within the Current Status window that appears, click on the computer name that you wish to send the message, and then click the Send Message button at the top right.
3. Now click inside the text box under Send the following message in the Send Message To... window that appears, and then click the Send button at the top right (optionally, you could send you message to all of the patron computers at your location by checking the box next to Send to all active sessions before clicking the Send button).

You message will be sent to the desired patron computers almost instantly.
